Cost and Registration

Cost: The cost of the Camping Retreat is divided into tuition, lodging and therapy services, so that you can choose what fits best for your family.

Tuition Includes:

• Friday campfire
• Saturday all meals
• Sunday brunch
• All workshops and activities
• Respite care for all children in the family
• T-shirts for each member of the family
• Informational packet and goodie bag

Scholarships are available for the tuition portion of the retreat.

Adults :	$70.00 each
Children: (ages 4-17)	$50.00 each
Personal Care Attendants:	$60.00 each

Lodging: Lodging is available at Hickory Hill Family Camping Resort. Participants are welcome to also commute from home or stay at hotels in the area (call for a list). (Note: Rates are per night and reflect 20% off the regular rates)

Lodges (sleep 6-8 fully equipped bathroom, kitchen)	$144.00 per night tax included
Cottages (sleep 6-8 fully equipped bathroom, kitchen)	$122.00 per night tax included
Camping Cabin (sleep 4 - equipped with indoor bathroom and sink, microwave, air-conditioner/heater, refrigerator, bring linens):	$80.00 per night tax included
Campsite with electric, water and sewer:	$41.00 per night
Campsite with electric and water:	$39.00 per night

Aromatherapy Massage	1 hr: $75.00
Hand & Foot Rejuvenation	1 hr. $70.00
Hot Rock Massage	1 1/4 hr: $85.00
Relaxation / De-stress Massage	½ hr: $40.00 / 1 hr: $70.00
